TravelWalls operates as a travel marketplace. Refund eligibility depends on the specific service provider’s policy (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators). By making a booking, you agree to these terms:

  • Refund eligibility varies by service category.
  • Some bookings may be explicitly marked as non-refundable.
  • TravelWalls service fees and payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable.

Flight Bookings

Tickets follow strict airline fare rules.

Eligibility:

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible after airline approval minus airline penalties.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Only government taxes may be refundable in some cases.
  • No-Shows: Usually results in 100% loss of fare.

Hotel Bookings

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before the property's stated deadline.
  • Non-Refundable: No refund allowed after confirmation.
  • Late Cancellation: May incur a penalty of the first night or the full stay.

Specialized Services

Car & Driver Services

Cancellations made before scheduled pickup are eligible for partial/full refunds. Late cancellations or No-Shows are non-refundable.

Visa Processing

Fees are non-refundable once application processing has started or documents are submitted to authorities.

Marketplace (Travel Shop)

Returns accepted within 3–7 days for damaged or incorrect items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved by the provider, the timeline for the funds to reach you depends on the method:

Non-Refundable Fees

Regardless of the service provider's policy, the following charges are non-recoverable:

  • TravelWalls Platform Service Fees
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Currency Conversion Fees
