  • Location Data: When you use "Near Me" features or tag a location in a post, we process your geographical location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Facilitate bookings for hotels, cars, and tour guides.
  • Verify the identity of service providers to ensure customer safety.
  • Process transactions and send booking confirmations/tickets.
  • Personalize your feed based on your interests (e.g., showing relevant Halal packages).

3. Sharing with Service Providers

Travel Walls is a marketplace. To fulfill your bookings, we must share specific details with third parties:

Important: We do not sell your data to advertisers. We only share necessary data with the specific provider you booked.
  • Drivers: Receive your name, phone number, and pickup location.
  • Hotels: Receive your name and booking dates.
  • Shop Owners: Receive your shipping address for product delivery.
  • Tour Guides: Receive your contact details for coordination.

4. AI & Public Content

  • Social Posts: Photos and stories you publish on the "Travel Wall" are public. Do not share private financial information in public posts.
  • AI Generation: When you upload a photo to generate a story/caption, the image is processed by our AI algorithms. This data is used solely to generate your content and is not used to train public AI models without consent.

5. Data Security

  • We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal data during transmission.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; Travel Walls does not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Access to verification documents is restricted to authorized Travel Walls compliance staff only.
