Welcome to Travel Walls. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing any service (Travel Plans, Hotels, Cars, Products), you agree to the following terms.
1. General Terms
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or register as a service provider (Guide, Driver, Shop Owner).
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Platform Role: Travel Walls acts as an intermediary connecting Customers with Providers (Car Owners, Hoteliers, Tour Guides). We verify providers but are not liable for direct service failures unless stated otherwise.
2. User Posts & AI Usage
- Content Ownership: You retain rights to photos you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display them on the "Travel Wall."
- AI Generation: Content generated using our AI tools (captions, stories) is for personal use on our platform. We do not guarantee the historical accuracy of AI-generated text.
- Prohibited Content: You may not post offensive, political, or non-halal content. Violating this will result in account suspension.
- Rewards: Likes, comments, and reviews may earn you points or promo codes. Manipulation of this system (spamming) is prohibited.
3. Booking & Payments
- Car & Driver: You can book cars for specific routes or packages. Fuel and toll costs are subject to the specific package terms displayed at checkout.
- Islamic Travel Plans: Packages designated as "Islamic Friendly" ensure Halal food availability and prayer times/facilities, but individual adherence is the traveler's responsibility.
- Tickets: City activity tickets and museum passes are digital. You must present the QR code at the venue.
4. Provider & Guide Policies
- Verification: All Photographers, Translators, and Tour Guides must undergo our verification process before listing services.
- Conduct: Providers must adhere to professional standards. Harassment or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Agencies: Travel agencies listing plans are responsible for the accuracy of their itinerary and hotel standards.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Hotel & Cars:
- Cancel > 48 hours before: 100% Refund.
- Cancel 24-48 hours before: 50% Refund.
- Cancel < 24 hours: No Refund.
- Tour Guides: Cancellation fees may apply if the guide has already incurred travel costs.
- Non-Refundable: Promo codes and discounted activity tickets are generally non-refundable unless the venue is closed.
6. Marketplace (Shop)
- Product Quality: Shop owners are responsible for shipping and product quality. Travel Walls handles the payment processing.
- Returns: Damaged travel gear can be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to evidence (photos) provided to support.
